Anita Kedia – LEED AP, CEM, Business Development Manager

Anita is a LEED Accredited Professional and Certified Energy Manager with a background in real estate development and energy management solutions. She is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), Young Real Estate Professionals, and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Anita has experience in LEED Certified development in relation to the commercial retail industry, consulting on full sustainable solutions, and creating energy management strategies for commercial properties. She has a B.A. in Religious Studies and has studied medicine for two years in the Dominican Republic. She is a licensed real estate professional and is fluent in four languages. She is currently involved in waste minimization and energy efficiency programs in her role with WM Sustainability Services, and takes an active interest in the emerging Organic Waste solutions market.
