Herman provides over 10 years of experience designing business strategy, operations, information systems, and programs to enhance customer experience and improve business value. He has managed multiple go-to-market launch and rebranding strategies in various industries and has successfully developed and implemented large-scale programs for both startup and Fortune 500 organizations. Herman graduated from UCLA with a BS in Electrical Engineering and holds a MBA from Rice University.
