Tom Carpenter – Managing Director

Tom provides over 17 years of environmental and business management experience, applying a broad suite of tools, which include sustainability strategy, project management, performance improvement, and environmental engineering. A deep personal commitment and passion are evident within the projects that he directs. This has lead to the creation and execution of sustainability strategies that exceed the typical ROI for his clients. His systems perspective helps clients discover opportunities to weave sustainability into their core business (Employees, Customers, and Supply Chain.) Tom graduated from Trine University with a BS in Environmental Engineering and holds a MBA from Colorado Technical University.
